SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • We at Chacha Lifestyle are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the earliest time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time. We ship through reputed courier agencies only.


  • Your order will be despatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.


  • Orders placed through our online portal will usually be executed with following delivery deadlines.


  • • To all metros and state capitals in India - 7 days

    • To all district headquarters - 10 days

    • To any other place - 12 to15 days

  • The tariff for Shipping and Cash-On-Delivery (if applicable) charges will be added while confirming the order.


  • • Flat Shipping Charge of INR 50 on purchases worth upto INR 1000.

    • Flat Cash-On-Delivery charge of INR 50 on every order opting for Cash-On-Delivery payment mode.

    • Free shipping on purchases worth INR 1001 and above.

    • No Cash-On-Delivery Payment option for orders exceeding INR 3000.

  • For better delivery services, the complete delivery address, with PIN Code and Mobile Number should be mentioned in the order.


  • In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48 hours of placing an order, please check your Spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 48 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company and their website updated(this service is conditional and depends on the courier service).


  • Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. Two delivery attempts will me made to your address after which the package will be sent back to our registered office by the courier company. If re-delivery of the returned order is requested, the additional shipment charges will have to be borne by the customer which will be duly intimated via email.


  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.


  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.


  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.


  • If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
