Return and Replacement Policy

  • All Return & Replacements case are considered within 7 days after date of delivery (Exception - Cases of receipt of damaged products need to be reported within 48 hours).

    In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please drop us a mail at support@chachalifestyle.in or call us on +91 9967731881 with the subject line 'Return & Replacements: ' and we will get back to you.
  • Cancellations

    In case you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at support@chachalifestyle.in or call us on +91 9967731881 and we will assist you in cancelling your order. Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
  • Cancellation before shipment

    If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and process a refund if your order was pre-paid. Refund will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive the amount paid for the same.
  • Cancellation after shipment

    If your order has been shipped, the courier company may still attempt delivery of the order. Please do not accept delivery of the order. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, we will cancel the order and process a refund if your order was pre-paid. Refund will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive the amount paid. Cancellation charges Rs.100 will be charged after order is completed/shipped. Shipping shall not be refunded.
  • Received wrong item / ITEM MISSING!

    Drop us a mail at support@chachalifestyle.in.in and attach a photo of the wrong product you have received or call us on +91 9967731881. We will get the wrong item picked up and send you the replacement immediately.

    Product, if any, should be in the original condition

    Box should be retained and returned.
  • DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED

    Drop us a mail at support@chachalifestyle.in and attach a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt of the product (There is a time constraint since we have to report such cases to our courier partners within 48 hours).

    We will dispatch a fresh product to you as soon as possible or refund you your amount, as per your wish. In case of a refund request, please allow 72 hours in case of Pre-paid and 3-5 days in case of COD orders for the refund to be processed. Product , if any, should be in original condition. Box should be retained and returned.
